Thank you Lord!!!  I completed my second semester in April and received official notice, from the university this week, that I made the Dean’s List – again.  (Smile)

Sometimes classes are a bit challenging, yet I am so encouraged in knowing the Lord has put me on this path.  We know when He has done something - it is done!  (Smile)

Thank you Holy Spirit for being with me every day in class:

• teaching me how to study
• organizing knowledge for quick recall
• bringing information back to my remembrance
• giving me favor with instructors and fellow classmates
• being with me during exams – giving me understanding to eliminate the wrong answers and selecting and/or writing the correct answers

You are an ever present help!  I am grateful for everything You are doing in my life. Thank you Jesus!!!

Have you ever made a decision that cost you? I mean really cost you? Not only money, but time and relationships maybe even your appointed destiny.  I did.  I made poor decisions, first off I wasn't saved at the time, and did not have wise counsel - in fact thought I knew it all so I really didn't ask anyone anything anyway.  You remember being a young adult 18 - 24 and knowing everything yet knowing nothing at all.

I went through agonizing years that was basically the reaping of poor decisions that I sowed into.  I would pray, cry, be rebellious, be mad with myself, be mad with the Lord, cry, pray some more - you know the drill.

Ultimately, I had to take responsibility.  I humbled myself, asked the Lord to forgive me for poor decisions I made.  I did not understand the full impact these decisions would make in my life.  I even asked the Lord to cancel whatever else there was to reap from my poor decisions. Oh, yes I did!  I needed to cancel those crops!  LOL.  It wasn't funny at the time but now I can laugh about it.

Now, about 20 years later, I am in college and by the Lords design, going to school for free!  Praise to the Almighty Savior Jesus Christ!!!  It is He that intercedes on our behalf. And to the Holy One, that redeems time, all honor to our Father for He redeemed my life!!!
